Random Thought

Listening to channel 925 on the television is great writing music. It is 90s music and brings me back to junior high and high school. I am having so much fun with my computer and music. It is great! Is it hard to believe?

Over 11,000

Okay, before you say anything, let me explain. I started school on Monday and have been swamped with syllabi, assignments, posts, and discussion threads. Plus on Tuesday, I had to prepare a GREAT lesson for a formal evaluation. The administrator was a NO-SHOW! Therefore, I have feel that I have spent a lot of hours doing busy work. However, after being inspired tonight by my good friend, I wrote over 1,000 words. At this point I am very behind, but I will try to write a little each day. Hopefully, I will catch up will all this extra free time (Thanksgiving Break). Tomorrow is Friday, and I am VERY excited. I need a weekend to sleep in and RELAX!

I did it!

Today was a rough writing day. I started off at a snail's pace. I hadn't written in a couple of days, and I was thousands of words behind. But with a lot of quick typing and incentives from my writing buddy, I was able to jump from 5,520 to 9,100! Go me! So overall, I typed more than 3,500 words today! YAY!!!!

Edith Tucker's Inner Superwoman!

DAY 3

I finished writing for today, so let me tell you a little about my story.

Edith Tucker thought she had everything. She had a great job, lived in a beautiful home, had two wonderful children, and was married to a marvelous man: Daniel Tucker. After nearly fifteen years of marriage Daniel, a well respected professor at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, chose his vivacious, young teaching assistant over Edith. He turns Edith away at the door to their home threatening to have her arrested if she trespasses. Unfortunately, when the Tucker family relocated to Richmond, Daniel never put her name on the deed; therefore, Edith has no claim to the house.
Edith turns to her good friend, Maggie, for help.

To be continued . . .
